Admission & Tuition

NPLI offers professionals across the public, private, and non-profit sectors the choice of an intensive residential program on Harvard campus or our introductory online offering.

The residential program, Crisis Leadership: Ready When It Matters Most, is designed for professionals with significant experience who are leading sizable teams.

Our concise, online program, Preparing to Lead in Crisis, provides an overview of the thinking and practices of Meta-Leadership. It can serve as a precursor to the residential program or as a rewarding standalone program for professionals on a leadership career track.

NPLI enrolls participants from around the world who are charged with leading through crisis and change. Program participants have come from the Aviation, Energy, Finance, Government Administration, Healthcare, Military, Non-Profit Organizations, Retail, Technology, and other industries. Those who complete our programs earn an NPLI at Harvard University certificate.

Crisis Leadership — Application Process

Please visit the program page for specific program deadlines. Application deadlines are generally one month from the program start date.

Programs often fill to capacity, so early application is recommended. Early application does not guarantee admission.
