Program Overview

Amplify your organization’s crisis leadership capacity with a high-impact Harvard program designed to address your distinct requirements and circumstances. NPLI Faculty members bring their original, proven methods and practices into your organization. They learn your challenges and then build an engaging seminar tailored to your key priorities.

The customized course format can be in person at your location, virtual, or hybrid; small and intensive or large and comprehensive. These programs have been delivered worldwide, with demonstrated impact on an organization’s preparedness, culture, response, and resilience.

NPLI faculty will work with your organization to craft learning objectives, program structure, and content. This learning experience fortifies your team, making them ready to act when crisis hits.

The NPLI has delivered custom programs for a wide range of organizations, including government agencies such as FEMA and the CDC, multi-national energy corporations, humanitarian organizations such as the Red Cross, and many more. Given the current risk environment and the downsides of a poorly led crisis, this is an investment with high return.
